Lori Forgeron, Lori Forgeron began in the position of Executive Director for Employment Action in April 2008. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from St. Francis Xavier University and has been working in management and leadership positions for fifteen years. Lori brings her expertise in program development and implementation to this position as well as her years of working with marginalized individuals in the areas of career development and employability. Lori brings an inclusive management style to the team at Employment Action and her knowledge around strategic growth and planning will be instrumental in moving the organization forward in the years to come.
Lori is a certified Personality Dimensions trainer and is also certified in the Strong Interest Inventory. Lori is trained and highly regarded group facilitator and is regularly sought after to develop and present workshops and team building initiatives. Lori conducts training and consultations for both private and public sector agencies and works with community-based organizations to further their growth and development. Kyla Kershaw, is a life skills support worker with several years experience assisting individuals to meet their goals. Kyla is a member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA). Stuart Lee, is our Mental Health Employment Counselor who assists clients with mental health disabilities.
Stuart is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP).

Janice Siegrist, is an Employment Counselor that has many years of experience assisting individuals that are living with mental health issues.
Janice is a member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA).
Our clients struggle to fit into the community while dealing with many barriers seen and unseen. On a personal level, Janice has experience in advocating for people with disabilities and the challenges to make both professionals and the general public aware of the individual's needs and goals. Karen Hall, is the Customized Job Developer. Karen works with employers and individuals providing customized job development to promote economically sound human resource practice for business and employment opportunity for individuals with specified disabilities to further promote the economic growth and stability of our community. Karen is a certified Life Skills coach with numerous years experience assisting individuals with varying barriers and disabilities. Nata Richardson, is an employment counselor who joined the Employment Action team in Sept 2009. She holds a Bachelor's of Science degree with a major in Psychology and has been working with people with disabilities for the past five years. | Susan Michaud, holds a Bachelor of Social Work and is registered with the BC College of Social Workers. She is Co-Chair of the Northern Branch of the BC Association of Social Workers and is an active advocate and volunteer for a number of causes and organizations; in Prince George and in the national and international scenes. She was a guest speaker and participant at the Premier's Council on Senior's and Aging and has worked in both program development and advocacy for Senior's and the Disabled for several years. As an Employment Information Specialist, Susan brings years of sales and marketing expertise to the position, as well as an informed understanding of business and entrepreneurial enterprise.
